First product design hire and 16th overall employee at Document Crunch, an AI-powered construction tech startup acquired by Trimble in 2026 to integrate its agentic AI contract review into Trimble’s construction platform. Continuing as a Trimble employee since April 2026.

• Lead end-to-end product design for the AI-powered platform, owning core document analysis and contract review experiences from discovery through launch.
• Design intuitive interfaces for complex AI features — generative checklists, intelligent document summarization, and agentic contract review — translating machine learning capabilities into workflows construction professionals trust and adopt.
• Prototype and ship faster with AI-native tooling (Claude, Cursor, Figma Make), compressing concept-to-testable-prototype cycles from weeks to days and validating more bets per quarter against real customer data.
• Drive multi-round user research to validate AI-driven product concepts — running customer interviews, synthesizing insights, and iterating on proof-of-concept designs using real-world contract data.
• Own the responsive mobile and tablet experience, leading discovery research with field users to understand how construction teams interact with AI tools on the jobsite.
• Build and maintain the product design system; streamline design-to-engineering handoff with AI-assisted specs, token generation, and code-from-design workflows that cut ramp time on new features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to align on design direction through stakeholder shareouts, design QA processes, and in-app onboarding flows.
• Establish product copy and content standards, authoring brand-consistent guidelines and partnering with marketing on feature naming and user education.
• Contribute to scaling the design team through interviewing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding new designers prior to the acquisition.
